The River Valley Board of Directors acts as the governing board for the charter school. The Board, as conceived by the charter, represents the primary stakeholders of the school in an equal manner as it sets policy and oversees the operation of the school. The Board meets every third Wednesday of the month (*unless otherwise noted), at 4:00 p.m., in the Media Center on campus. Visitors are welcome. Members of the community have the opportunity to make comments at the beginning of each meeting. Agendas and minutes are posted 72 hours before every meeting (24 hours before Special Meetings) on the wall outside the office.
